In consideration of the acceptance of my entry in the 2024 ROCK & RUN Series I, for myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release, RUN to Change Lives, Live Free Association, Help & Hope Center, Douglas County, City of Castle Rock, and any other contributing sponsors and supporters of this race and their respective officers, members, agents, volunteers and employees from all claims arising or growing out of my participation in the 2024 ROCK & RUN Series. I attest and verify that I have knowledge of the risks involved in this event and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event. I give permission for current and future use of my name, picture, and video in any broadcast, social media, website or print media account of the event as well as permission for communications to myself from the event and its sponsors, supports and vendors via electronic or print means. I understand that the entry fees are non-refundable.
