Turkey ROCK Trot agrees to provide said Sponsor with the items as described in the 2024 Turkey ROCK Trot Sponsorship Opportunities according to the option chosen below (please choose ONE sponsorship level).  Said sponsor agrees to pay in full on November 1st, 2024 the required amount for their chosen sponsorship level.

Receipt of payment (cash, check, or charge) by the Help & Hope Center represents an agreement on their behalf to abide by this sponsorship agreement for the Turkey ROCK Trot.

* Signed contract and required artwork for the logo (if applicable) must be received by October 1st, 2024 to ensure your business is included in all of our marketing materials.  Funds are due no later than November 1st.

*Artwork must be submitted in both a jpeg format and a vector format (files ending in: .eps, .ai, .cdr are most common).
