RUN to Change Lives agrees to provide said Sponsor with the items described in the 2025 ROCK-It RUN Sponsorship Opportunities according to the option chosen below (please choose ONE sponsorship level).  Said sponsor agrees to pay in full by Monday, June 9th 2025, the required amount for their desired sponsorship level. Funds are used to pre-order material items for the event, therefore, no refunds can be given. Thank you for understanding.

In consideration of the acceptance of my participation in the 2025 July 4th ROCK-It RUN I, for myself, my executors, administrators and assignees, do hereby release, July 4th ROCK-It RUN, RUN to Change Lives, Live Free Association, Douglas County, City of Castle Rock, and any other contributing sponsors and supporters of this race and their respective officers, members, agents, volunteers and employees from all claims arising or growing out of my participation in the 2025 July 4th ROCK-It RUN. I give permission for current and future use of my name, picture, and video in any broadcast, social media, website or print media account of the event as well as permission for communications to myself from the event and its sponsors, supports and vendors via electronic or print means.

Receipt of payment (cash, check, or charge) by RUN to Change Lives represents an agreement on their behalf to abide by this sponsorship agreement for the July 4th ROCK-IT RUN.

* Signed contract and required artwork for logo (if applicable) must be received prior to print deadlines to ensure your business is included in all of our marketing materials.  Funds are due no later than June 9th 2025.

*Artwork must be submitted in both a jpeg format and a vector format (files ending in: .eps, .ai, .cdr are most common).
